Why is the ChatGPT export to PDF not working?
The built-in export can fail on long or complex Deep Research reports because the request errors out on ChatGPT's side before the document is generated. When that happens, the extension is a reliable fallback — it builds the PDF from the conversation already loaded in your tab, so it does not depend on that export endpoint.
Do I need to sign in or create an account?
